At AGDisplays we make returning products simple.
Your RMA will be processed quickly and a shipping label along with an RMA number will be sent to you.
We do ask that you write the RMA number clearly on the box so that our returns department can quickly process your returns. Returned boxes are usually processed within 48 hours of us receiving it.
Once the RMA is received, reviewed, and approved, you will receive a refund to your credit card or PayPal.
We update our website frequently to ensure you have access to the latest products and pricing available. When you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make any price adjustments after an order has been placed.
We are happy to take returns of product that is unopened and unused. Please make a note that the products you’re sending back are safe to restock when requesting your RMA.
